Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter Details

1. The "Community Competition" ("Promotion") is conducted by hours between ("Promoter").

Competition Commencement and Closing Time

2. The Competition will commence on the first day of each month at 12:00 AM (AEST/AEDT) and will close at 11:59 PM (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of the month ("Competition Period").

3. A winner will be announced within 7 days following the end of the Competition Period.

Prize

4. There will be one winner in total, and the prize ("Prize") consists of:

   • 1 x item of the winner’s choice from the hours between collection, plus any other item promoted in the monthly offer, valued at a minimum of $260.

5. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prize cannot be exchanged for other products outside the competition.

6. The Promoter will arrange for the delivery of the Prize to the winner.

7. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal value.

Eligibility

8. The Competition is open to eligible entrants who:

   • Are residents of Australia and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;

   • Have a valid email address;

   • Are members of the hours between Community at the time of entry.

Entry and Participation

9. To enter, participants must be subscribed to the hours between Community via the signup form available on the hours between website and/or official social media pages.

10. All entries must be received during the Competition Period. The Promoter is not responsible for late or misdirected entries due to technical issues.

11. Each entrant may submit only one (1) entry per competition period.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and request proof of age, residency, and membership at its discretion. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

13. The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify any entrant who:

• Fails to meet eligibility criteria;

• Submits falsified, incomplete, or tampered entries;

• Tampers with the competition process.

Winner Selection & Notification

14. The winner will be selected randomly by a representative of hours between.

15. The winner will be notified via email and/or an announcement on the hours between social media pages.

16. If the winner does not claim the Prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General Terms

17. The Competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party. By entering, participants release these platforms from liability related to the competition.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.

19. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:

• Technical malfunctions affecting entry submission;

• Unauthorised access, theft, or loss of entries.

20. Any attempt to tamper with the competition website or entry process may result in legal action.

21. The Promoter's decisions regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. Winners consent to hours between using their name, image, and participation details for promotional purposes without further compensation.

23. By entering the competition, entrants consent to their personal information being used for marketing purposes by hours between. Entrants may opt out at any time by contacting the Promoter.
